How do I free the 11 pts? Simple. I take away everything from healing since mending is a waste IMHO. (only in this case off course)
There's enough healing from what you guys already have in your builds.
Please dont flame me if what I just said is complete nonsence, since I never tried to solo UW. EVER. just tryhing to think of somth that wil work. If what I just said dont work, please explain why.

I think you meant to say Mist Form, not Iron Mist. Iron Mist targets one foe, and only slows down the target. Mist Form allows immunity from attacks for a short period of time.
The problem w/ the squids is that they come in big groups. And they can use distracting blow. And each hit will drain some energy from you. So it's imperative to kill them off ASAP.
Depending on the point attribution in fire, 2-3 firestorms will kill off the squids. the problem, though, is getting them cast successfully, and then recast them b/c of the long recasting time for fire storm. A possible solution is to spam Flame Burst in place of carrying firestorm.

OOps... yes I meant mist form. But I just realized that if I use that, I got no Ether Renewal, and I'm screwed.
Also how do you ppl kill ataxes that are singled out.. Like the ones NOT in a pair? A single aataxe is a huge problem for me. because he dont hit me often enough to regen my energy as opposed to 2 aataxes.

Doesn't it bother anyone that all of these soloing builds center around a few monk smiting spells? I hate monks, they are totally overpowered, they have absolutely everything: good damage dealing, good energy management, good healing. What other class has this? The whole smite line should be nixed.

i finally got around to testuing the build about 4times and you ppl are right it doesnt work. I need to find a way to do more dmg in about the same time since ethr renewal has a pretty long recharge time. This build actually works okay if you got more than 1ppl in uw.

Why would you bring essence bond, and Baaltz Spirit? They do the samething except Balz gives Adren, which unless your W/Mo or Mo/W you dont need? They are Both upkeep and Both cost the same? Seems to me as a Wasted Spot

I posted a very successful ele/monk solo build for UW. I put it in the gladiators forums and you should be able to search it. Everyone who has used it finds it to be o the most successfull solo builds for ele's in the UW. If u need any pointers lemme know

Balthazars spirit also gives you 1energy every time you take damage and so with essence bond along with bal spirit you get 2energy every time you get hit by melee. If you casted protective bond at 12protection, then the amount of energy you will lose everytime you are hit is down to only 1.

I've got a chance to run Dazzler's 105 build, and it's quite good. Not up with the monk one, but nothing is, I fear. It took me about 6 tries to get the hang of it, as there are little nuances that just don't show through in text.
I can handle 1 Aatxe easily now. Can even afford to have it interrupt my Ether Renewal and not have to flee. 2 Aatxes are more stressful, but not any more difficult unless, again, they interrupt Renewal. I suspect you wouldn't have to flee from them even then, but I haven't pulled it off.
I've also found 4 Grasping Darknesses to not be a problem, by changing the strategy. Just cast Protective, Zealots, and Renewal before aggroing, then cast Balth Aura just after aggro. It should get off before they get to you, and they will waste their interrupts. Just have to use the same strategy after that, and you'll wipe them out during the second Renewal.
2 Aatxes and 3 Graspings just straight overpower me, though. Maybe once I get my -50HP offhand item, I'll be able to handle them.

The -50HP offhand really helps. I found that I could handle 2 Aatxes with only the occasional mishap. I could even do 3, but my chance of mishap increased dramatically. I never tried more than 3. I finally gave up working on this build as I was spending more getting into UW than I was getting from being there. And you are right, it is SLOW. Much more efficient to go farm some other location.
I find the build works props against sand giants. I can tackle 8+ of them at a time with no problem.
One trick I learned is if you aggro 3-4 Aatxes and then run back to the bottom of the stairs, you can cause a traffic jam on the stairs and only 1 or 2 Aatxes will attack you and the rest will just stand there, so you can kill 3-4 with the same risk as fighting 1-2, speeding up the process some.

This build works and it can be quite fast - it is based of off the builds here but with a few tweaks. BTW, I have my fissure armor now and it looks FANTASTIC - all from farming UW with my ele/mo. See post #12

Send me a message if you have problems, or contact my char in game and I'll be happy to demonstrate how I do it.

What you could do is run an Mist form along with prot bond. It makes all physical dmg 0 which means aataxes don't trigger your prot bond. Along with balthazars spirit and exxence bond when mist form is off its only 1 energy per hit. Along with mending though you are down to 1 energy regen 0 if you spam boon. What I'm wondering is if you take no dmg while in mist form do you still gain energy if yes you could do it. If not you can't
